I know it has been a while but I am still working on my health and weight. I’ve been doing all the stuff I know I should..exercising …drinking my water..eating healthy but I have hit a plateau. With all the other programs I’ve been on this was a real problem and actually what took me out of whatever program I was on. I didn’t think a plateau would happen with my current health and wellness program, but it has. For about a month now I have lost very little weight. I’ve been doing some reading and decided to shake things up a bit and get my metabolism a boost. I am stopping my weekly juice days and now doing a daily juice detox program. I have also read that sometimes a metabolism has a difficult time with starch and protein in the same meal. So I am no longer combining these food groups in a meal. So if I have spaghetti, there is no meat sauce. Just a tomato sauce. I am not going to quit. I will succeed it just may take a little longer than I wanted. Thus far I have lost 38+ pounds and 52 inches. And that is certainly better than where I started.
